The Forge

The human intention is to create and control the metals to produce objects, ornaments, tools and weapons. To be able to forge is necessary to use the hammer, anvil, furnace, bellow and forceps to hold the metal, since it has to be incandescent.


The Cold Forge

Noble metals like silver, gold and copper, may be forged and shaped in room temperature by hammering the metal until desired shape is achieved. This technique dispense the use of several instruments necessary when working with iron.

Integrated Insert

This technique dispenses the use of boxes and claws to hold the stone. The stone is held by metal pressure giving the jewel an unique design. Ricardo also developed five other insert techniques, used by him to give his art the quality and beauty recognized by his admirers.
